Terms of Service

By accessing and using Recore ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including personal trainers, clients, and visitors to our platform.

Recore is a multi-tenant fitness platform that connects personal trainers with their clients. Our service includes:

• Workout plan creation and management
• Client progress tracking and analytics
• Communication tools between trainers and clients
• Exercise library and instructional content
• Billing and subscription management
• Mobile and web access to fitness data

Account Creation

To use Recore, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Trainer Accounts

Personal trainers must provide accurate business information and may be subject to verification processes. Trainers are responsible for managing their client relationships and ensuring proper certification and licensing where required by law.

Client Accounts

Clients must be invited by a registered trainer to join the platform. You agree to provide accurate health and fitness information as requested by your trainer.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:

• Share false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
• Spam or harass other users
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

You acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate in workouts at your own risk
• You should stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort
• Trainers on our platform are independent contractors
• Recore is not responsible for the quality or safety of training programs

Trainer Subscriptions

Trainers pay subscription fees to access the platform. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Client Payments

Payment arrangements between trainers and clients are managed independently. Recore may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Platform Content

Recore and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (workout plans, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

Exercise Content

Exercise descriptions, images, and videos are provided for educational purposes. You may not redistribute this content without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

By using Recore, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Recore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit to the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America and the State of California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
